As we receive questions from the people of Vancouver, we will share them on this page with the appropriate answers. Hopefully operatives will be able to learn everything they need to know to enlist using this Frequently Asked Questions section. If you can not find the question or answer you’re looking for, don’t hesitate to contact us directly.
Q: What are the maximum and minimum number of operatives for each mission?
A: You can attempt the missions with 2 operatives at the very least, or 8 operatives at most. The missions simply can not be completed with 1 operative, and with more than 8 we’ve found that operatives end up loitering without anything to do. We recommend 4 people.
Q: How long do I have to complete a mission?
A: The missions are 45 minutes in length, but the entire experience with the briefing and preparation lasts approximately one hour. We suggest arriving five minutes early if possible.
Q: Are these missions safe and fun for children and teenagers?
A: We have had many teenagers play and they do very well! The youngest age we have had attempt a mission is 14 but we welcome anyone to try. The adventure rooms and mission criteria are created by video game designers so kids will pick them up very quickly. We wouldn’t be surprised if kids were generally better than adults! Challenge extended...
Q: What is the objective? Am I supposed to escape?
A: Each of our missions have their own primary objective, with numerous secondary objectives required to get there. These are adventure rooms and not escape rooms, so you will never be trying to escape, nor will you be looking for an exit. You will only be allowed to exit once the 45 minutes is up or once the primary objective is achieved.
